We itemise our payrolling fee explicitly – usually per hour worked on assignment, regardless of salary and workload, or as a percentage at the client's request. At least as important are the ancillary salary costs: AHV/IV/EO/ALV are the same everywhere; daily sickness benefits, the BVG risk premium, family allowance contributions (FAK) and the split between employer and employee differ considerably.
Example from 13 March 2025 (male, 35–44): the competitor charges 3.2 % for daily sickness benefits (employer and employee), we charge 1.7 % and 2.45 % respectively – fully borne by the employer. At the same client rate, this leaves around 1.9 % more net – with a better pension fund and better daily sickness benefits.
